Open positions
We will be accepting new graduate students and postdoctoral researchers to our group this academic year (2024-2025).
Our team stems from a rich variety of academic backgrounds, including but not limited to bioengineering, materials science & engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, and physics. Students admitted to Cornell are welcome to get in touch with Krystyn Van Vliet to set up a meeting to discuss research interests and potential projects. Please CC the group manager, Julia Dias, to help schedule a meeting.
You are welcome to attend our weekly group meetings, which take place on Wednesday’s from 5:00-6:30 pm EST. We also encourage you to reach out to the current grad students in the group, who would be happy to share their experiences with you.

We have two lab spaces in New York City. One is located in Room 215 of Tata Innovation Center at Cornell Tech Campus on Roosevelt Island. The other is located in rooms E-8 at Weill Cornell Medicine.
